Le Wyko est un profilomètre optique interférométrique permettant d'accéder aux trois dimensions d'un objet. Il est donc d'en déduire sa rugosité et de faire des mesures de marche. Il est équipé de 3 objetifs (x5, x20, x50).

WYKO is an optical interferometric microscope to measure the 3 dimensions XYZ of an objet. It is possible to obtain the roughness or the thickness of step. It is equip with 3 objectives (x5, x20, x50). It is also possibvle to program a mapping of our sample in 3 dimensions.
