Le résistivimètre automatique permet de mesurer la résistance électrique d'un matèriau et d'en déduire sa résistivité en connaissant son épaisseur. Il est possible de réaliser une cartographie d'un wafer pour vérifier l'homogéité de celui-ci.

The automatic resistivimeter allow to measure the electric resistor of a material and to deduct the resistivity when we know the thickness of the sample. It is also possible to done a map of the wafer to analyse the homogeneity.
