Le TFE 644 est un bâti de pulvérisation cathodique avec magnétron DC.

Ce bâti a été acquis pour la filière THERMIE.

L’objectif est le développement de briques technologiques multiples à partir de de la PVD permettant de proposer de nouvelles générations d’initiateurs pyrotechniques intégrés en rupture technologique avec les produits existants, c’est-à-dire miniatures, multifonctionnels avec la gestion multipoints, « intelligents », compétitifs, sécurisés et intégrant in situ (sans manipulation humaine) des nanomatériaux énergétiques compatibles « reach ».

This system was acquired for the THERMIE sector.
